A company is looking for a Bilingual Over-the-Phone Interviewer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone interviews with healthcare patients in English or Spanish, adhering to call scripts
• Capture detailed responses from members during surveys
• Record members' responses accurately in the database

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English and Spanish
• Availability to respond to messages and emails during regular business hours
• Ability to work from home in a private and quiet space with adequate internet speed
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test
• High School Diploma or equivalent
