Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Inbound Investment Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed performance targets for client engagement, enrollment, retention, and satisfaction
• Handle inbound bilingual calls to assess financial goals and provide consultative mentorship
• Demonstrate knowledge of financial planning, products, and investment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Financial Planning
• Bilingual; fluent in Spanish with financial acumen
• Exceptional customer service experience and a strong desire to assist clients
• Goal-driven with a passion for advising clients on financial needs
• Possess or be willing to obtain Series 65 or Series 66 securities license within three months of employment
