Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Japanese Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance to customers regarding health care eligibility, claims, and payments
  • Review and process healthcare claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Communicate and collaborate with members and providers to resolve issues and provide clear explanations
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese
  • Ability to successfully complete training and demonstrate proficiency
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design (preferred)
