Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time Bilingual Japanese Customer Specialist will respond to inquiries via telephone or email, resolve issues related to fraud support and internet operations, and act as a liaison between customers and various departments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems related to products and services
- Research and address complex customer or technology issues by collaborating with internal departments
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and applicable regulations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
- Completion of specialized skill training in customer service
- Ability to work a split shift schedule from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm CST
