Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program/Project Manager-Bilingual Japanese.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage efforts of a new manufacturing facility from inception to completion
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
• Proven experience in managing pharmaceutical projects
• Deep knowledge of IT/OT systems, including MES, DCS, and SCADA
• Strong background in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
