Job Summary
To support the evaluation of AI chatbots, the contracted Bilingual Korean Chinese Evaluator will engage in hands-on assessments of AI models, providing insights to enhance their performance, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work and choosing tasks based on personal availability.
Key responsibilities
- Test and evaluate AI chatbots through structured conversations and voice-based interactions
- Submit deliverables including write-ups, ratings, and recordings as specified in project guidelines
- Provide feedback on AI capabilities, safety, and helpfulness to inform model development
Required qualifications
- Native or expert-level fluency in Korean and Chinese, as spoken in Mainland China
- Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models
- Access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet
- Able to pass a language proficiency and technical literacy assessment
