Bilingual Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Providing strategic consultancy on workplace wellbeing, the full-time Bilingual Learning Consultant will assess organizational needs and design scalable learning interventions for international corporate clients in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative guidance to clients on workplace wellbeing learning and development needs
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, participating in discovery and planning discussions
• Coordinate the planning and implementation of learning and development programs across multiple stakeholders and time zones

Required Qualifications:

• Strong consulting and needs-analysis capability
• Knowledge of workplace wellbeing, organizational learning, or learning and development
• Effective client and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Project and programme management capability
• Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt approaches for different countries and populations
