Job Summary

Providing expert guidance in absence management, the full-time Bilingual Leaves Administration Specialist will deliver exceptional customer service regarding employee leaves, including FMLA and Short Term Disability, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Process incoming communications about leaves of absence, ensuring prompt and accurate service
  • Coach employees and managers on leave policies and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Assess and track FMLA claims, coordinating with vendors and updating employee records as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Four or more years of professional experience in absence management is preferred
  • Knowledge of FMLA, state leave regulations, and ADA is required
  • Experience with HR/Payroll systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office is desired
