Job Summary
Providing expert guidance in absence management, the full-time Bilingual Leaves Administration Specialist will deliver exceptional customer service regarding employee leaves, including FMLA and Short Term Disability, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process incoming communications about leaves of absence, ensuring prompt and accurate service
- Coach employees and managers on leave policies and compliance with relevant regulations
- Assess and track FMLA claims, coordinating with vendors and updating employee records as necessary
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- A Bachelor's Degree is required
- Four or more years of professional experience in absence management is preferred
- Knowledge of FMLA, state leave regulations, and ADA is required
- Experience with HR/Payroll systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office is desired
