Job Summary

Providing expert guidance on absence management, the full-time Remote Bilingual Leaves Administration Specialist will manage employee inquiries regarding various types of leaves, ensure compliance with relevant policies, and support the onboarding process for new clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Process incoming calls and emails related to leaves of absence while delivering prompt and accurate service
  • Coach employees and managers on legal requirements and policies regarding leaves, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations
  • Assess and track FMLA claims, coordinating with vendors and updating employee records as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Four or more years of professional experience in absence management is preferred
  • Knowledge of FMLA, state leave regulations, and ADA is required
  • Experience with HR/Payroll systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desired
