Job Summary
To support a growing legal service team, the full-time Bilingual Legal Customer Service Representative will manage outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service to members and attorneys, and assist with translation services in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through quality outbound phone calls, achieving a minimum of 10 calls per hour
- Obtain and input specific information about membership into the company portal while accurately noting member interactions
- Support translation of communications and documents between English and Russian for members and legal associates as required
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required, or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Working knowledge of MS Office and data entry applications
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
