Bilingual Legal Customer Service Rep

Job Summary

To support a growing legal service team, the full-time Bilingual Legal Customer Service Representative will manage outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service to members and attorneys, and assist with translation services in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through quality outbound phone calls, achieving a minimum of 10 calls per hour
• Obtain and input specific information about membership into the company portal while accurately noting member interactions
• Support translation of communications and documents between English and Russian for members and legal associates as required

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or relevant work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Fluency in English and Russian
• Working knowledge of MS Office and data entry applications
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
