Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Services Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and take messages for law firms in both English and Spanish
• Provide feedback on legal terminology and create legal content for internal use
• Maintain a reliable weekly schedule, working 40 hours per week during specified hours

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the legal field
• Ability to work at a computer for the entire scheduled shift
• Comfortable with legal language and sensitive situations
• Enthusiastic about learning and providing excellent customer experience
• Available to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
