Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information and service to policyholders and agents for Personal Lines products
• Independently solve policy-related problems and escalate issues as necessary
• Identify and analyze customer policy needs to ensure satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Active P&C Producers insurance license required
• Associates degree or 1+ year of insurance experience preferred
• At least 2 years of related customer service experience required
• Dependable wired internet connectivity with specified upload and download speeds
