Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Licensed Health Insurance Agent - Medicare.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers with Marketplace health insurance plans during the Open Enrollment Period (OEP) through calls and chats in English and Spanish
• Explain features and advantages of medical plans, assist in bringing new members on board, and support current members with cost/plan analysis
• Provide thorough education on insurance basics and ensure members receive appropriate coverage and support

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Resident Health and Life Insurance Licenses in hand with CE completed
• Charismatic and persuasive individuals with sales skills
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
• Open availability between 8am-11pm EST, 7 days a week during the season
