Job Summary

Seeking a remote Bilingual Licensed Health Insurance Representative, the full-time role will manage inbound customer inquiries, sell insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities while providing exceptional service in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer and agent inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, and service
• Sell insurance products by generating quotes and binding policies while meeting performance goals
• Educate customers on policy options and navigate multiple systems to ensure smooth interactions

Required qualifications

• Active resident license to sell health insurance
• Six months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Ability to pass a language assessment for Spanish
