Bilingual Licensed Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Licensed Insurance Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume inbound calls from policyholders and clients, providing guidance in English and Spanish
• Deliver customer service by resolving inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims
• Process and issue insurance documents and investigate premium discrepancies and system issues

Required Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty Insurance Producer/General or Personal Lines License (required)
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role within the insurance industry
• Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
