Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth, maintaining a caseload of 15-36 sessions per week while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Required qualifications

• Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW
• Experience working with children, teens, and families
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
