Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist (IL) will provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth, managing a caseload of 15-36 sessions per week while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and maintaining documentation in the EHR.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
- Support families with education and care coordination beyond the child in therapy
Required qualifications
- Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW
- Experience working with children, teens, and families
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
