Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience
• Previous sales support experience preferred
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
