Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to support high-producing Loan Officers in the mortgage lending process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review mortgage applications for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct welcome calls and maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the loan process
• Collect, verify, and organize borrower documentation and perform income analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Proficient experience with loan origination software (Encompass preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of loan origination and underwriting processes
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan programs
