Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant - English/Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Processor to ensure timely processing of mortgage files
• Keep clients updated throughout the mortgage process and address their questions
• Gather and review borrower information and financial documents to facilitate loan applications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
• Minimum of 2 years' office experience in customer service or administration required
• Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, or closing procedures preferred
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems, such as Encompass, is preferred
