Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan files from application through closing, ensuring organization and accuracy
• Communicate with borrowers to request documentation, answer questions, and provide updates
• Collect, review, and upload borrower documents to prepare files for processing/underwriting

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• At least 2 years of experience supporting mortgage origination as a Loan Assistant/LOA
• Experience using Encompass or a comparable Loan Origination System
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and document management tools
• Comfort working with PDFs (Adobe Acrobat or similar)
