Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant
Job Summary
Providing essential support to mortgage loan officers, the full-time remote Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant will assist in reviewing loan applications, managing documentation, and ensuring timely loan closings while communicating effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage communication with borrowers regarding mortgage loan disclosure packages and necessary documentation
- Facilitate timely loan closings by coordinating with the Title Company and following up with customers
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English for effective communication with diverse clients
- High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
- Previous sales support experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
