Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze borrower documentation for loan underwriting
- Assemble and verify the completeness of loan packages and documentation

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass and knowledge of mortgage regulations
- Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
