Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for loan underwriting
Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation
Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary loan-related information

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
