Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Loan Processor, this fully remote position will manage the review and processing of consumer financing applications in a high-volume, technology-driven environment while ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with lending regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Process consumer financing applications from origination through funding while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding application status and financing requirements
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to resolve discrepancies and facilitate loan approvals

Required qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with professional communication skills in both languages
• 3+ years of experience in loan processing, consumer lending, or related financial services environments
• Experience managing multiple applications and deadlines in a high-volume setting
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills to identify discrepancies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and lending or financial systems
