Job Summary

Supporting a hybrid team, the Bilingual Logistics Specialist will manage real-time safety and logistics functions for chemical deliveries, providing solutions in both English and French while handling inbound calls and coordinating with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to English- and French-speaking customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
• Review shipment and tank data to approve or halt deliveries based on safety and compliance criteria
• Create and manage IT incident tickets to document and escalate system issues, ensuring minimal impact on delivery operations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or customer service, or demonstrated ability to learn complex operational roles quickly
• Fluency in French
