Bilingual LPN Case Manager Assistant

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Bilingual LPN Case Manager Assistant will assist the RN Case Manager with service authorizations, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing communication with healthcare providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the management of patient cases by reviewing medical data and coordinating care with providers and payers
• Document case actions and maintain accurate records in the computer system under the direction of the RN Case Manager
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to ensure patient needs are met and to provide necessary updates to the healthcare team

Required qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant/Nursing Assistant Certification in the United States
• Preferred 5 years of varied clinical experience or 3 years in a specialty field
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong reading and writing abilities in both languages
• Understanding of case management processes and healthcare benefit constraints
