Bilingual Mandarin Account Executive

Job Summary

To support the growth of Mandarin cuisine restaurants, the fully remote Bilingual Mandarin Account Executive will manage inbound demand, conduct sales calls and demos in Mandarin, and build relationships with restaurateurs while living within the PST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Following up on marketing qualified leads and conducting discovery calls in Mandarin
• Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in the customer's preferred language
• Ensuring successful onboarding for new customers post-sale

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin
• 1+ years of experience in a sales role, restaurant operations, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• General technical proficiency with software
