Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I - Bilingual Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives and responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Mitigates and prevents complaints from being escalated by resolving issues on initial contact
  • Documents all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience required
  • Experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is required
