Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I - Bilingual Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns accurately and timely
- Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during the initial contact
- Documents member or provider information for quality tracking through CRM applications
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
- Availability to work within the contact center hours of 8AM-6PM (EST) Monday-Friday
