Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I - Bilingual Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns accurately and timely
  • Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during the initial contact
  • Documents member or provider information for quality tracking through CRM applications
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
  • Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
  • Availability to work within the contact center hours of 8AM-6PM (EST) Monday-Friday
