Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I - Bilingual Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives and responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns in an accurate and timely manner
  • Mitigates and prevents complaints from being escalated by resolving issues during the initial contact
  • Documents all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position typically requiring little or no previous experience
  • Experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs simultaneously preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
  • Ability to provide customer service in a high-paced contact center environment
