Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rep, Customer Experience - Remote PST hours (Bilingual Mandarin).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service support to members and/or providers through various communication channels
  • Conduct surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction
  • Document details related to Member or Provider inquiries accurately
Required Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred systems training in Microsoft Office, Genesys, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms
  • Experience with customer service in a healthcare setting is a plus
