Bilingual Mandarin Medication Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Mandarin Remote Medication Adherence Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to discuss medication adherence and identify barriers
• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to patients
• Analyze and adapt procedures to meet patient needs in atypical situations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, or CNA certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google
• 2-5 years of experience in pharmacy and heavy outbound calls
• Fluent in Mandarin
