Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Chinese Member Experience Associate (Mandarin).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explain plan procedures, benefits, and services to members
  • Facilitate member requests and assist with complaints
  • Document calls, respond to complaints, and assist with member outreach programs
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' customer service experience
  • Medical front office experience preferred
  • Direct sales experience in healthcare industry
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Commercial, and Medicare Managed Care Plans
