Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, Bilingual Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners to implement product lines using restaurant operations knowledge and project management skills
• Create and lead customer implementation plans from kickoff to activation, ensuring targeted milestones are met
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements and provide post-activation guidance for a smooth transition

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Mandarin & English, both written and verbal
• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations management
• Experience with COGS and inventory analysis in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Industries
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
• Track record of meeting and exceeding goals with high-quality customer interactions
