Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Explain plan procedures, benefits, and services to members
Facilitate member requests and assist with complaints
Document calls, respond to complaints, and assist with member outreach programs

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 months related experience or equivalent education
2 years customer service/telemarketing experience
Medical front office experience preferred
Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Commercial, and Medicare Managed Care Plans
Bilingual English and Mandarin or Korean
