Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Experience Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain plan procedures, benefits, and services to members
- Facilitate member requests and assist with complaints
- Document calls, respond to complaints, and assist with member outreach programs
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 months related experience or equivalent education
- 2 years customer service/telemarketing experience
- Medical front office experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Commercial, and Medicare Managed Care Plans
- Bilingual English and Mandarin or Korean
