Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explain plan procedures, benefits, and services to members
  • Facilitate member requests and assist with complaints
  • Document calls, respond to complaints, and assist with member outreach programs
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 months related experience or equivalent education
  • 2 years customer service/telemarketing experience
  • Medical front office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Commercial, and Medicare Managed Care Plans
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin or Korean
