Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Mandarin Support Specialist will assist restaurant owners and customers with account management, order inquiries, and minor troubleshooting, while working remotely during afternoon to evening shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and restaurants to address account changes and follow up on inquiries
- Manage incoming tickets via CRM and document correspondence accurately between restaurants and customers
- Perform minor troubleshooting for product or service issues and route calls/tickets as necessary
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Experience in a call center or food industry is a plus
- Proficiency in operating a computer in a Windows-based environment
