Bilingual Mandarin Telehealth Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the remote contract Bilingual Mandarin Telehealth Physician will conduct structured intake consultations, perform telehealth visits to establish medical necessity, and collaborate with advocates to ensure patients receive appropriate care navigation services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initiating telehealth visits to establish medical necessity for care navigation services and identify high-risk conditions
• Document findings accurately in the platform, including coding and use of SDOH Z-codes
• Develop and validate individualized care plans to ensure alignment with patients' medical treatment plans

Required qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Broad multistate licensure strongly required (IMLC participation or 50-state coverage preferred)
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
• 2+ years of experience in primary care, telehealth, or care management
• Bilingual Mandarin required
