Bilingual Mandarin Telehealth Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the remote contract Bilingual Mandarin Telehealth Physician will conduct structured intake consultations to establish medical necessity for care navigation services while collaborating with advocates and clinical operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth-based E/M or Annual Wellness Visits to identify high-risk conditions and unmet social needs
• Document findings accurately in the platform, ensuring proper coding and use of SDOH Z-codes
• Develop and validate individualized care plans in alignment with patients' medical treatment needs

Required qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Broad multistate licensure strongly required (IMLC participation or 50-state coverage preferred)
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
• 2+ years of experience in primary care, telehealth, or care management
• Bilingual Mandarin required
