Bilingual Measurement Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting English- and Spanish-speaking clients, the full-time Bilingual Measurement Analyst will manage digital advertising effectiveness research projects, ensuring successful project execution and client communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead written and verbal communication with clients in both English and Spanish, including training and troubleshooting
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for bilingual stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to identify customer challenges and drive product improvements

Required qualifications

• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
• BA/BS degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, customer success, or related client-facing roles
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced features like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Strong ability to convey complex information in a simple manner
