Provide live video, phone, and messaging support for patients
Assist the Care Team with patient care coordination and scheduling
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a primary care, urgent care, or multi-specialty clinic
Medical Assistant Certification or Diploma
Fluency in Spanish (read, write & speak)
Experience in a virtual practice environment is a plus
