Bilingual Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with patients, addressing health needs and facilitating navigation through medical and social systems
• Coordinate care by assisting with referrals, transportation, and appointment scheduling while addressing barriers to care
• Document all patient interactions and assessments accurately in electronic health records and maintain compliance with privacy policies

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent certification/experience in healthcare
• Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation or related roles
• Bilingual in English and Hindi is required
• Experience with electronic health record documentation and remote work
