Bilingual Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, conducting intake and confirmation calls, and coordinating visit schedules
• Track patient admissions and discharges, document updates in the EMR, and support transitions of care
• Provide operational and clinical support to primary care teams, managing clinical inbox and processing medication refills

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current certification or registration (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical, healthcare, primary care, or outpatient clinical setting
• Familiarity with EMR systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
