Bilingual Medical Record Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Record Review Associate (Bilingual in English and Canadian French).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service and generate required program reports accurately and on time
• Participate in the development of departmental procedures and process documentation while identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Act as a liaison within the group and throughout the organization to meet client needs and coordinate service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Canadian French
• 3+ years of experience reviewing medical records
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 1-3 years equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
