Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Record Review Associate (Bilingual in English and Canadian French).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service and generate accurate program reports on time
• Participate in the development of departmental procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Act as a liaison within the group and assist in training and project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Canadian French
• 3+ years of experience in medical records review
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-directed with outstanding client service skills
