Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret medical records in English and Canadian French
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures
• Generate reports and maintain documentation workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Canadian French (required)
• 3+ years of experience reviewing medical records or clinical documentation
• Clinical background preferred (LPN, RN, or similar)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
