Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Record Review Associate (Bilingual in English and French).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service internally and externally
• Generate required program reports or documentation accurately and on time
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in special projects

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Canadian French
• 3+ years of experience reviewing medical records
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-directed with experience in client service
