Bilingual Medical Record Reviewer

Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote contract Bilingual Medical Record Reviewer fluent in English and Canadian French, who will ensure excellent customer service, generate accurate program reports, and participate in the development of departmental procedures while leveraging over three years of experience in medical records review.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures excellent internal and external customer service while generating required program reports accurately and on time
• Actively participates in the development of departmental procedures and identifies opportunities for process improvement
• Acts as a liaison within the group to meet client needs and coordinates service delivery, resolving technical and subject matter issues

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Canadian French
• Prior experience reviewing medical records in both languages
• 3+ years of experience in a specialized area related to medical records
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
