Bilingual Medical Record Reviewer

Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote Bilingual Medical Record Reviewer, the contract position requires a candidate with over three years of experience in medical records review, who will ensure excellent customer service, generate accurate program reports, and actively participate in departmental procedure development.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures excellent customer service and generates required program reports accurately and on time
• Participates in the development of departmental procedures and proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement
• Acts as a liaison to meet client needs and coordinate service delivery while adhering to standard operating procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience
• Three plus years of experience working in a specialized area related to medical records review
• Bilingual in English and Canadian French with prior experience reviewing medical records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated outstanding internal and external client service skills
