Bilingual Medical Record Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Bilingual Medical Record Reviewer will ensure excellent customer service, generate accurate program reports, and participate in the development of departmental procedures while being proficient in both English and Canadian French.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures the protection of sensitive information and resolves technical issues
• Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and assists with special projects
• Acts as a liaison within the group to meet client needs and coordinate service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a specialized area related to this role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual in English and French, with a preference for Canadian French
• Demonstrated outstanding internal and external client service skills
